Embroidery Unit ...
This division takes care of our sisters concern to fullfill the requirements of making any kind of color embroidery appliqué and badges.
Be it logo, chest and label, they can be embroidered in Embroidery machine of 96 heads and 6 to 12 colors each from TAJIMA - JAPAN. |  |
Laboratory & Quality Control Room...
In our in-house laboratory and quality control is done in 3 stages for color fastness, shrinkage and pilling.
1.Finished fabric, before going to production (cutting& stitching).
2.Mid production cross checking.
3.Few garment taken randomly from the finished packed garments.

Cutting Section ...
Cutting of a dress is an important factor as it determines the fit of knitwear or any other clothes wear. Our cutting is done ‘perfectly’, keeping in mind the latest fashion fits.Ajura’s exclusive fits are ready to adorn the deserving on and off the ramp.

Stitching Section ...
For stitching of garments we have 120 machines. The over lock and flat lock machines are from Pegasus-Japan and lock stitch are from Juki-Japan. All the machines are fixed with auto thread trimming and dust collection.
The machines are also fixed with top feed which reduces the tension in seams for special stitching like Decorative stitching, Bartacking, Button hole, Buttoning etc., this is done by machine- a make of Juki - Japan.

Checking Section ...
The finished garment is then subject to a thorough check by skilled supervisors, even the smallest defect is not overlooked.

Ironing & Packing Section ...
Pressing is the last phase of production of the garment, which is also done with latest machines. The garments are steam pressed and vacuum sucked in order to take away any excess moisture in the garment due to steaming. After pressing the garment goes for final packing.
